I need to turn it off. It won't let me drive in NR2003. Game crashes when I click "drive" and makes it impossible.

Tried it. It tells me that:
The boot configuration data store could not be opened. Access is denied.

I am an administrator. On Vista. I don't know what is going on. We (Jimmy and I) turned it off before, but my computer crashed about a month ago and we had to restore and DEP is back on.

strange, I'm not sure why that error is happening then. if the word document I posted doesn't solve the issue it may be something more internal. Maybe a registry error with the computer I dunno.
