I'm going to be running in the CASCOR Canadian Tire Series. which runs Tuesday nights, 8PM EST

Yea, it goes on the Pontiac Chassis, and yes it does use the regular cup mod bodies, BUT were using that Canadian Tire Series mod that they have posted there.

The only hting different is how the cars handle.

So can I still have a FFXIII car? I saw their rules for sponsors and they said no high profile ones . .. well I hope they don't consider a video game high profile . . .I really want my Lightning on the car =)

I don't think Square Enix has ever sponsored a Cup car so it should be good.

Only reason I got away with Extenze is I used the Energy Drink. lol since those are allowed.

Alright Jeff so I'm gunna submit my car today and stuff, where do i go to get everyone else's cars though?

and basically tomorrow around 5:00pm my time I am guessing i just get into NR2003, go to the IP address and I should be good to go.

I'm not sure how you get everyone else's cars, honestly.

I'm guessing, once you send it to an admin (Mike Husby i guess lol) He'll send you a rar. file or something with everyone elses. Or he collects them all and sends them to everyone before the race starts.

Also, I'm going to TRY and do the same as you, so I can compete at Mosport, cause I LOVE Mosport.



also Josh, Mike is allowing Armory to be on the car, but not Final Fantasy. Here's what I'd do if you want to keep lighting on the car, lol, put her on the driver suit or helmet, that's what I usually do for things that I feel I can't race without (I feel it to be bad luck to not race with certain things)

I don't have time to paint another car for tomorrow. I did it early b/c I have a freelance job that will taking all my time up this entire week and the only time I set aside was to race.

I always find a way to fail at stuff lol

You could still Drive an Armory Car, great way to get some exposure.

I haven't sent in anything yet, so I can still change my main sponsor to Armory too, and THL. I really don't care about having ExtenZe on my car. lol

That was just a joke to start with, and I couldn't find a good way to incorporate it onto my car.

Its not a thing I have personally about giving out my last name on the internet as much as how the industry I am in works. People have ways of finding dirt on people sadly and I don't want my real name all over the place in my recreation. I need to keep my fun time on the internet separate from my work areas.

I had to buy a protection plan for my portfolio website so people could not steal my info and address and stuff. I would never forgive myself if I lost a job or opportunity all b/c some twat dug up info on me and twisted it all to make me look bad. My professors in college warned us about the stuff and sadly it happens. Even in college someone stole another student's portfolio and threatened him to quit college or he'd destroy the stuff.

If I make an armory car i won't have any FFXIII logos but if they won;t let me put a pic of lighting on the sides of my cars then I'm not gunna race if i can have her on it at least.

Well, if they do force you to give out a last name, then I'll be saddened by not being able to race with you as teammates, but I understand completely that everyone has standards. And especially the standards in your situation, because I want you to be able to make a career out of what you love too, and keeping your name safe to get to where you want to be is crucial.

also ty, I'm thinking about just re-doing that car I made, and taking off Extenze and going all out THL/Armory. I'd rather have sponsors I care about on the car. lol

I'd still explain your situation to him either way though, lol, cause it would look weird if you tried to pass your middle name off as your last and all of the sudden your last initial changed. lol

I just find it funny, I finally find a place that races at a time I can race and i get this name and sponsor restriction slapped on me.

I mean when I raced with THL the few times when we had a mini league it was all fun and stuff. I feel like I don't belong in this one lol

All as well, I'm going to be gone all weekend.

This weekend is Rolex Grand Am and IZOD Indy Cars at Barber Motorsport Park and me and my dad are going. We're leaving tomorrow to get a hotel and watch Practice, then Saturday is Indy Lights and Grand Am, then Sunday is Indy Cars. So I wouldn't be home on Sunday until probably well after 8. lol
