I just got this game two days ago and I have beat it today.
It is AWESOME...
If you haven't played the first you should be able to download it on xbox live
or bye it cheap for the ps3 or 360.
It takes place in the underwater city Rapture around the 1950's.
You have several different weapons to use as well as plasmids.
plasmids are genetic weapons like shooting lightning, fire, freezing or
a swarm of hornets. To get these you need Adam which is taken from these
mutated little girls called Little Sisters which are guarded by huge hulking drill wielding
brutes called Big Daddies. kill the big daddy and take the girl. you can kill her which
gives you a lot of Adam or turn her into a normal girl and get less Adam.
You also have to fight off the Adam addicted citizens called splicers. They
very from normal gun wielders to teleporters and wall climbing, psychopaths.
Its in first person and you switch between weapons and plasmids. The second one you
wield both at once. I won't give away anymore so I don't spoil it but the game is awesome and the second is even better.

I own both for the PS3. I don't think BioShock 2 is better than 1, but they did a great job with keeping the feel of the first game without destroying the sanctity of it.

I like the duel spec with plasmids and guns. That's probably my favorite
improvement. Try the multiplayer at all?

Yeah. The multiplayer is...interesting. It's not bad. It's just so out of place.

Yea its fun just to have really.
I use ice blast and the tommy gun the most.
I like the changes to the little sisters as well.

I found out that my favorite actress does the voices for the Little sisters of Bioshock 2 B)-

hey I know her.
Jodelle Ferland was in silent hill.
AND! while I was looking that up I found their making a Bioshock movie.
Wentworth Miller from prison break as Jack.

I knew they were making one. That's the first progress I've heard though.

I think by the time I get Bioshock 2 it will be a platinum hit.

Go for it. I hope the movie is good.

Until Prince of Persia, we may never know if it is possible. The difference is this one has written itself. BioShock is the perfect horror movie. Even with Resident Evil they had to make their own story to make it watchable.

I hope the graphics with the plasmids and big daddies will work out.
Also the like 50 little 9 year girls there gonna need.
I bet the DVD extras are gonna be hilarious.
