The bassist sh ocked fans earlier this week by taking to his Twitter.com Internet page to admit the band's last record, 2008's Folie A Deux, may be their "swan song."
But Wentz insists the band is set to continue - they just won't be making any new music.
He tells MTV.com, "No, we're not calling it quits, but we've no future album plans right now. We can't quit, we're waiting to get fired.
"I think it's all in context. There aren't any new Fall Out Boy songs because we don't write for the sake of it. We will stop doing Fall Out Boy when it stops being fun."

meh, them breaking up would be like every other band. A lot of bands break up, we all move on. They aren't any different, its just something that might happen.

But other peoples favorite bands have broken up before, in my case, Blink-182 is one of my fav bands. They broke up, its just one of those things. Sure, it sucks, but nothing you can really do about it...

So you liked Blink back in 2003?
Never knew that Jim, but yeah it was a sad thing to see them break up, but if its any coincidence, Fall Out Boy is touring with blink on their reunion tour.

Yea, my sisters listened to them, and they started to grow on my, around 2001 i started listening to them a lot more.

It's all Ryan's fault from THL getting me into AVA, I am glad Blink 182 is coming back but the fact that AVA was made from thier split up is kinda cool b/c i like the style that AVA has with their music.

As I said, no one has said +44 is over, their just not working on it right now. That's what Haitus is Jimmy.

I know the meaning of the word. But don't count on it going anywhere. Tom is with AVA and Blink, yea, he's just a singer/guitar. He's ONE member, not 2...

Why did you bring up this old thread anyways?
And, you never know, Blink was "Over" back when they broke up, now their back together and actually have a song made that has yet to be mixed.
