it's hard say if it was the best, because 'The Departed' is really a very good movie, and whether specifically the best of the year
bu Pan's Labyrinth at least deserved a nomination to best film
2006 was a good years for films, I'd deliver the oscar to Pan's Labyrinth, i dnt know if its only because of Ivana, before, i saw she was + bright

Yes, Pan's Labyrinth was the best for me. It was great. Good story, design, and of course Ivana was in it. B)-

I would give Pan's Labyrinth the oscar anyday :D It's my favorite movie without a doubt and will be forever most likely. It had a great story, cool designs, beautiful music, and Ivana was fabulous as Ofelia.

no it is my favorite. I really liked the storyline a lot. I like other movies but this one is special to me. I cannot explain it really, I just enjoyed this movie more than I usually do when watching movies . . .

I guess part of what makes me like the movie so much is how Guillermo del Toro put so many emotions in the movie all at once. It was a really powerful ending.

look from the first time i saw in poster in the newspaper, the first idea i had is that it would be alike 'the Cell'. i came from a desire to watch, i knew not say why

Yeah I know Pan's Labyrinth is not the best movie of all time. But to me personally I like it most. ^_^
