Ranking System v3.0 is here, some things were graphically enhanced, other ranks were changed completely and new ones were added.

These changes will take effect Sunday June 7th, 2009 around night time . . .

and i never really finished the ranks, I wanted to make better resolution to some of the ranks as well.
