In RE 1, 2, and 3 the main enemy are the zombies.
But in 4 and 5 there are these Parasites that infect the body and control it.
This is why they can run and wield weapons like a club or axe or even a chainsaw.
Oh yea and now guns and ride motorcycles. But a lot of people get confused by this.

I'm gonna play these games again soon. I played it looooong ago when it came out, and got the ones from the Game Cube and PS2. I gotta restart them though.
I remember the creepy sound the zombies made though. Even the dogs were zombified. I love the hallway dog chasing you part from part 1.

Oh yea the remakes are defintatly worth it.
They keep the great story and upgrade the graphics.
There's also the wii version. It's actually pretty good.
They change the story a little to match it with two people
playing at once but it's still fun with great graphics and voice acting.
Even has an extra story they added. Like A part from Wesker's point
of view and after the racoon city thing but before RE4.

Just recently my mom sold it and the old nintendo64
and all the games for it. This one has the live action opening.
I thought that was cool. Also in this when you try to open the door
to get out in the begining theres a quick cut scene with the dog trying
to get in. In the remake the dog gets in and you have to kill it.

I have one on the Game Cube. It came with a little bottle with the bio hazard symbol when I ordered it from Game Stop.
