Title: First time I saw this Game

Man the first time I saw this game it caught me by surprise. I was use to Mario Brothers, Street Fighter, World Heroes, Circus Charlie, Donkey Kong, Ninja Turtles, etc.
The fatalities really made me go Whoa!! LOL
I totally loved it. It was new, it was crossing the line. Great stuff.

I'll be honest i don't play many d-pad type of games, i don't even remember if I have played a version of this game lol

I never played games until much later in my life tbh . . . and when i played games like this at friends houses I was ok with them but i liked games that had a 3D environment more lol
I have no doubt if we went 1 on 1 I would lose all the time laugh2
btw are there any girl characters? :rolleyes:

Of course. You have Sonya in Part 1
Mileena, Kitana in part 2.
And like a bunch more in Part 3 Which I'll put on later.
As they added more games they added more girls.

I dunno, they just seemed cooler and I like the button combos they had to offer more often.
I remember playing one of these type of games and i sucked until i played this one girl and i started beating the crap out of everyone lol

You have never played 1 mortal kombat game? There so many Mortal Kombat games out their for all systems (execpt nintendo I think). This game is awesome Mortal Kombat single handed had the game industry create what we know today as ESRB (the E, T and M ratings etc) It a piece of history.

I just don't play many games that involve using a sorta d-pad fighting thing.
the one game I got hooked on the most that had this type of gameplay Was Gundam Battle Assault 2.
Besides that it was N64 and farther . . .
