I feel really sorry for Summer :unsure:

I mean she fell in love with her character River in Firefly and what happens?? FOX cans the show . . . . npw she loves Cameron and says there is so much more she can do with the character . . .if this series gets Canceled she will once again get ripped off :(

She should leave FOX, If T:SCC gets canned..

She'll be fine. She's got a lot of talent and I'm sure she'll land a great role after TSCC. That's if she continues the whole Hollywood scene. Who knows really I guess.

She's not really part of Fox, it just seems all the shows she gets on are hosted by Fox :(

Maybe she knows people in Fox.

na, Director find the cast, they go to a tv host like Fox to get the show hosted and another place to actually produce it.

Fox is only hosting the show but if they stop hosting then yeah show does not air . . .

If I were an actress and i loved playing my character and then the show got dumped i would be sad.

It's like her dream and they keep taking it from her really :(

Well this show has for sure boosted her popularity and maybe she'll be more in demand.

Yeah, I'm sure some others shows could wan't her to play a character if T:SCC gets cancelled.

I know but Cameron was such a UNIQUE character so was River . . .they were not just usual girls but unusual and it made it special

Seeing Summer act like a normal girl freaks me out more than seeing her as River or Cameron laugh2

I see what you're talking about though. You're use to her playing a certain type of character not the typical girl characters. Yeah I might feel weird too watching her be normal. I'd probably watch her in a future movie dating some dude and then I'd expect her to go Cameron on him.

Well that's different. You're talking about a real kiss. What Summer did was just acting. It's not really the same.

I know, but even acting kiss would be hard for me . . .i don't know how she can disconnect so easily from it . . . I guess that is why she is talented.

However, I think they have techniques to where it doesn't feel like kissing, or they're not even kissing at all.

Yeah i bet Summer knows all the tricks in acting we as an audience take for granted,.

For example:

in the movie Serenity she had this one crying scene to do with a lot of lines. She basically was stressed and cried for MONTHS over the scene b/c it was so hard . . .and when I mean she cried she was really crying in real life (not for the part) b/c it was tense. A lot of pressure to get it right . . . .

She cried after she did the movie?

no during, leading up to the day she had to perform a certain scene
