Title: Failbars in Halo 3

Ralphalf was wondering what failbars were in halo 3 . . .
This has 3 failbars on it
this one has none
In halo 3 you only rank up when you get a higher skill number and if you stop at a certain number you stay at that rank and can only gain exp and it adds bars onto it/ So basically some ppl in halo 3 see the bars as a failure b/c it means your STUCK at a certain rank . . . but being a Brig or higher with bars is considered being skilled but anything lower means you aren't doing so hot lol
of course I could care less, I'm a brig in halo 3 but even then I don't care . . .i play for fun anyways lol
