For moderating, I can't see any way to make a thread a sticky.... How do I do it? or am I not allowed to for my personal section?....

at the lower left of your screen there should be some moderation topics there, choose 'pin topic' to pin one ^_^

yeah if you need to unpin as well you can do that to, if you ever happen to get a thread you don't want anymore just let me know ;)
